How is the price calculated?
€2.50 + €0.30 per guest, incl. VAT. Up to 16 shots per guest is included; a longer roll adds €0.50 per guest. You can pay in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, CHF, SEK or NOK. The complete price is shown before you pay.
Is Momenti a subscription?
No. The host pays once for the event. Guests never pay.
What happens if more guests join?
The event stops accepting new guests at the capacity you paid for. You can add more places from your event page at any time until the camera closes, even during the event, and you only pay the difference.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund until your first guest joins. Once a guest has joined, the event is underway and the payment is no longer refundable. Email hello@momenti.photos to ask for a refund before any guest has joined.
Can an event run for several days?
Yes. Mark it as a multi-day event when you create it and the camera stays open until the end of your last day (up to 30 days). Custom camera opening, closing and reveal times are supported too.
Can the QR be printed?
Yes. Hosts can download SVG, PNG and print-ready A5 PDF versions from the event page.
Do the film looks cost extra?
No. Original, Vintage and Black and White are included in every event. You pick one look for the whole event when you create it.
