The basics of using Momenti.

Momenti is operated by an individual trading as Momenti, based in Malta. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute not resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

Hosts pay once per event, sized to guest capacity. There is no subscription and guests are never charged.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and pay for an event. There is no minimum age to join an event as a guest, since guests never create an account or provide personal information beyond a display name.

You are responsible for the content guests capture at your event and for moderating it using the tools provided (hide, remove, require approval). Momenti is a tool for hosting your own private event; it is not a public platform.

Your payment is refundable in full up until the first guest joins your event. Once a guest has joined, the event is considered underway and the payment becomes non-refundable. To request a refund before any guest has joined, contact hello@momenti.photos.

Event photos are permanently deleted 90 days after the event date. See our Privacy Policy for details. Deletion is not reversible. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Uploading unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; attempting to access another host's event without authorization; or using the service to harass guests or other hosts.

Momenti is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Momenti's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the event in question, and Momenti is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as lost enjoyment of an event or lost data caused by factors outside our reasonable control). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Momenti after a change means you accept the update.
